As of the 2022-2023 Membership Cycle the NRGSC Board voted Unanimously to require annual safety training.
In doing so, we meet all of our legal obligations as a non-profit as well as remain in compliance with our insurance policies.
NRGSC is a Non-Profit 501(c)7 and your donations help the club fund projects of all kinds.
Paper applications are available below, but any applicant who has NOT completed the online safety training will be declined.
If you lose or damage your gate card you’ll need to contact the Membership Secretary and pay a $10 replacement fee.
THERE ARE NO EXEMPTIONS TO TAKING THE ANNUAL SAFETY TRAINING.
*If you send in a previous membership application that does not include the required language ~or~ If you send in a copy of a safety certificate from previous years, your application will be denied and your money will be refunded.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & RENEWAL
IF YOU ARE A RENEWING MEMBER YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT THE RENEWING MEMBER APPLICATION TO KEEP YOUR GATE CARD ACTIVE.
Any missing information or application errors will result in your application being denied and the money refunded.
You can re-apply, but our legal and insurance providers will not allow NRGSC members to amend incomplete or incorrect applications.

If you are new to NRGSC and have never been issued a gate card, please fill out one of the applications below.
You can also print out a paper application and mail it in. Paper applications can take up to 15 business days to process.
RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
RENEWALS OPEN ON 5/15/24
If you have EVER been issued a NRGSC Gate Card you’ll need to fill out an application below. If you have lost your gate card you can request a new one to be issued for $10 by contacting the Membership Secretary.
You can also print out a paper application and mail it in. Paper applications can take up to 15 business days to process.
PAPER APPLICATIONS
Paper applications must be mailed in with full payment to: Post Office P.O. Box 5133, Santa Fe NM 87502
All applications, New Member/Renewing Member/One Day Member will need to complete the required Safety Training Class ONLINE.
This is now an Annual requirement for all Individual and Family membership holders. One Day Members are required to complete the safety training every time they receive a One Day Pass.
*NRGSC is UNABLE to do Certified Mail to our PO BOX. All certified mail will be denied/returned.
